The reason is that when a virtually new field emerges! changes to one specific law are digital acceleration calls for a new approach to tech not enough. This is what happened with the new Law of Ukraine No. 3193-IX of June 29! 2023 “On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and Certain Laws of Ukraine on Simplifying the Conditions for the Production of Distillates by Small Business Entities”. November 23 marked exactly one year since it entered into force and! thereby! allowed Ukrainian craft producers to legalize their activities as small distillate producers.
