When writing an Innovative Development Programme, we use a scenario-bas! forecasting approach and consider realistic, optimistic, and pessimistic scenarios for the company’s development. This approach has enabl! us to achieve our IDP targets during the challenging years for the airline and the industry as a whole starting in 2020.
